February 25, 2026 — Cloud Infrastructure & Back-End Improvements

Cloud Infrastructure — Consolidated all outbound communication to a single IP address. Customers who restrict 3CX admin access by IP can now allowlist one address instead of tracking multiple.

Back-End Systems — Reconfigured infrastructure for scalability and security based on pilot customer feedback. Average response time for screen loads dropped 50–80%.


February 18, 2026 — Phone Systems, Extensions & Policy Fixes

Phone Systems — On create, will attempt to pull data for all 3CX assets we currently support.

Extensions — On create, defaulting the call recording option to be recording off.

UI — When a new UI is pushed the user will get a toast notification with a button to reload should they wish.

Bug Fixes — Fixed bug that prevented Policy delete. Fixed bug that would prevent the Global Policy from showing properly in the Policy Assignment tab.


February 17, 2026 — Phone Last Seen, Table Scrolling & Extension Fixes

Phones — Added Last Seen Online timestamp to show when we last saw a phone connected to 3CX. Updated IP to be kept if we saw the phone online, should it go offline. Moved around some columns.

UI — All Tables — Added ability to side-scroll a table. Made checkbox and action button sticky. Scroll bar at the bottom of the table, can also shift + mouse wheel to scroll horizontally.

Bug Fixes — Fixed bug in Extension Create/Edit that prevented allowing extensions with leading zeros.


February 13, 2026 — Templates, Locations, 3CX Assets & ConnectWise

Templates and Policies:

  • Adding ability to suffix a string to the Last Name of an extension
  • Adding more filters for which settings you have set vs not set vs all
  • Replacing description column with Category column in the Template configuration table

Customer Locations — Adding ability to mark a Location as primary. Adding Primary column to table.

Contacts — Adding Primary column to table.

ConnectWise Integration — Added primary check for Locations that are synced from ConnectWise. Read more about ConnectWise PSA integration →

3CX Objects — Renamed to 3CX Assets.

Monitors — Added support for more Global Variables in the Monitor Preview. Read more about custom monitors →

Bug Fixes:

  • Customers: Bug fix to actually show the contact that is set as primary as the primary contact in the table
  • Phone Systems: Fixed bug where we only allowed 3 periods in the URL. Updated the toast message when creating a phone system that warns we weren’t able to fetch data.
  • Template Configuration: Fixed bug that would not show that we were loading data for the page
  • ConnectWise Integration: Fixed bug that wouldn’t properly mark existing contacts as primary
  • Policy Onboarding Preview: Fixed bug that would show times as being a mismatch when they were the same (e.g. 23:00:00 vs 23:00:00.0000000)

February 10, 2026 — Bug Fixes & Policy Defaults

Phone Systems — Defaulting Policy Auto Apply toggle to “off” when creating a phone system.

Bug Fixes:

  • Location Types: Fixed incorrect title of table
  • Monitors: Fixing ability to activate/deactivate a monitor from the table itself
  • Policies: Fixed bug that double-loaded policies. Fixed bug where Assignment tab wouldn’t load if there were no customers.
  • Templates: Fixed bug when attaching a template to a Phone System, Phone, or Extension where the templates would fail to apply to the created object. Fixed bug where updating a template might remove the relationship between that template and any attached extensions, phone systems, phones, etc.

February 9, 2026 — Live Data Mode

Phone Systems and Dashboard — Introducing “Live Data Mode” where you can flip a switch and get data every minute for your Phone System. Live Data Mode lasts 10 minutes. Default mode gets new phone system data every 10 minutes.

February 4, 2026 — Customer & Alert View Refresh

Customer — Refreshing look of a single Customer view.

Alerts — Refreshing the look of the Alert view popup.


February 3, 2026 — Least Privilege & Onboarding Preview Filter

General UI — Moving to a Principle of Least Privilege for the System Settings panel. If a user has access to view admins but no other permissions, then they will only see the admins option in the settings panel.

Policies — Adding filter for Policy Auto-Apply On/Off when selecting phone system for Onboarding Preview.
