January 29, 2026 — Onboarding Preview

Policies — Onboarding Preview — New Tab! Replaces Policy Audit tab. Used to see what changes a phone system will get before its resultant set of policies is applied to it. Allows users to verify the policies will change their phone systems exactly how they expect.

January 27, 2026 — Groups, Roles & Policy Config

Groups — Made system-managed groups uneditable.

Phone System — Defaulting the policy auto-application to disabled during phone system creation.

Policy Configuration — Changing Description column (unused) to Setting Category column (Backup Settings, Extension Settings, etc).

Roles — Adding icons next to roles that may need more context for users when creating/editing a role.

Admin — Updating messaging in toasts around Admin actions like creating, editing, deleting.

January 22, 2026 — Phone System Status Reliability

Phone Systems — Fixing bug where customer name would be “Unknown”. Changing logic if we fail to get a System Status from a Phone System so it shows the last known data. Shows an icon and is slightly greyer to indicate older data.

January 19, 2026 — Policy Loading & Template Fixes

Policies — Enhancement so there is no longer a long wait each time we need to load the available policy settings during configuration.

Templates — Fixing messaging in toast on failure to fetch available settings.
