December 17, 2025 — Monitor Robustness

Monitors — Making Monitor to Phone System association more robust. If CW Config is not allowing a connection, disable the option for a CW Ticket for an alert notification.

December 11, 2025 — Phone System-Wide Extension Settings

Policies — Adding ability to set phone system-wide extension settings. Fixing Policy Unassignment so the policy data is consistent, plus adding a refresh button to pull fresh policy data.

Monitors — Adding 3 new default Global Variables.

December 9, 2025 — Policy & Knowledge Base Updates

Policies — Adding confirmation dialog on Policy to Template conversion. Quality of life updates to policies pages.

Knowledge Base — Various updates to the look of the KB articles.

December 5, 2025 — Dark Mode

Dark Mode — Toggle light and dark mode with a toggle in the top right of the screen.
