September 2025 — Templates, Kinde Auth & Major UI Overhaul

Templates — The little brother to Policies. One-time use upon successful creation of an Extension or Phone (more to come in the future). Makes sure extensions and phones are created with the correct settings, every time. Read more about Templates →

Login — Moved onto a 3rd party user-management platform: Kinde.

Extensions — Adding more fields (nearly all) to creation and edit.

Phones — Added more fields (nearly all) to provisioning and edit. Allowing edits to existing phones’ settings.

Policies and Templates — Adding ability to convert from one to another (makes a copy as the other type). Adding ability to duplicate a policy/template to make creating them a little easier.

UI — Various UI/UX updates to many pages.

Phone System Creation — Allowing a user to create a Customer along with their new Phone System. Adding “Logout” button to certain error state pages to prevent a user from being stuck.

Policy Configuration — Allowing users to set a policy to be Global.

Policy Assignment — Making the inner title of the phone system policies a clickable link to take you to the phone system. Updating the messaging around Policy-related toasts.

Toasts — Updated the styling.

Loading — Updating many loading screens to be shimmering loading skeletons.

Extension Create/Edit and Phone Provision/Edit — Fixed button placements. Fixes the buttons at the bottom of the screen to allow for a Save action without scrolling all the way down.

Call Queue/Ring Group/DID Number Popups/Dialogs — Updated them to fit in more with the rest of the UI.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed bug in the ConnectWise PSA Customer Data Sync
  • Fixed bug in the Data Savers
  • Fixed bugs related to Policy Generation and Application
  • Fixed bug in Phone System Policy Auto-Application
  • Fixed bug in the Phone System Table where the Product wasn’t showing
  • Fixed UI bug where the link to go to a phone system wasn’t being properly built
